【SHIMBASHIEMBUJO】
It was opened in 1925. The current building was newly opened in 1982. The number of seats is 1,428 to the third floor. The performances given at this theatre ranges from musicals to Kabuki plays. It is located in Ginza 6-Chome, Tokyo, near Kabukiza Theatre. As compared with Kabukiza that has a long history and tradition, Kabuki plays are performed at this newer theatre from a more flexible perspective.
