It refers to dance dramas in Kabuki. Originally, the dance was an art reserved for Onnagata, but later Tachiyaku actors began to perform it as well. The video shows a highlight part called “Kudoki” in “Kyoganoko Musume Dojoji”, one of the representative Shosagoto plays.
