It is a part in Nagauta which incorporates a Joruri style called Gekibushi. The music of Gekibushi sounds rather heroic and became popular in Edo in the late 17th century. “Kakari” refers to making a song sound like another type of musical style.
The video shows a Gekigakari part to be heard in “Kanjincho”.
